Services and Memberships
Due to the specialized nature of our services, we do not publish standardized pricing. All work is subject to an initial scoping and estimation meeting, during which we assess project requirements, determine feasibility, and provide a projected timeline.
Please note that acceptance of a scoping meeting does not guarantee service availability. Projects are taken on at our discretion based on capacity, scheduling, and alignment with our service standards.
Moss Den Audio offers more than 15 years of specialized expertise across music recording, audio engineering, and advanced computer technologies. Our background includes over a decade of professional technical support, training, and system optimization for sophisticated recording environments. This is complemented by extensive proficiency in home and enterprise networking, bespoke computer builds, custom studio design, high-fidelity home audio installations, acoustic treatment fabrication, networked storage architecture, and other complex technical solutions.
Because our capabilities span a wide range of premium, tailored services, we invite prospective clients to inquire with project details or specific technical needs for an initial evaluation. Introductory consultations are provided at no cost, and all subsequent services are delivered on an hourly, project-specific basis.
Artists may submit inquiries regarding our mixing and mastering services. Approved projects begin with a virtual Vision Consultation, during which we refine the artistic direction, desired aesthetic, and target audience for the release. While Moss Den Audio specializes in electronic dance music, select projects outside this genre may be accepted at our discretion.
Please note that all work is contingent upon current capacity, and Moss Den Audio reserves the right to decline projects based on scheduling, workload, or artistic alignment. Prior to engagement, clients must sign a service agreement outlining payment terms, deliverables, and ownership rights. Pricing is determined on a project-specific basis, reflecting scope, complexity, and creative requirements.
We often explain it this way: today’s artists are expected to master an overwhelming number of disciplines—writing, producing, mixing, navigating mastering options, managing releases, building a visual identity, optimizing social platforms, promoting their work, and making sense of the endless (and often contradictory) guidance circulating online. For many, it becomes a full-time job before the music is even finished.
Becoming a Moss Signed Artist Member is designed to change that. Rather than piecing together advice from scattered sources, qualified artists gain direct, ongoing access to a dedicated team with more than a decade of expertise across production, technology, branding, and growth strategy. Think of it less as “joining a program” and more as being accepted into a private creative academy—one built around personalized development, high-level feedback, and consistent professional oversight.
Once accepted, members receive access to our team’s scheduling system, allowing them to book one-on-one sessions as needed. Depending on the membership tier, you pay only for the time you use, leveraging those sessions as structured check-ins to ensure that every project, release, and creative direction is moving forward with clarity and intention.
Our goal is simple: to provide serious artists with the guidance, systems, and expertise required to achieve real, measurable progression—without wasting time on guesswork.
Although Moss Den Audio is not a traditional music label, the mentorship and training we provide align closely with the developmental support typically offered by one. While we do not currently handle distribution or collect royalties on behalf of our signed artists, we offer high-level guidance for individuals seeking to elevate their technical skills, creative direction, and professional trajectory.
Admission into our signed-artist program is highly selective. Moss Den Audio retains full discretion in determining which artists qualify. Prospective members must submit examples of their work—such as links to released or in-progress projects—along with a brief statement outlining their goals and interest in mentorship. Submissions are reviewed carefully, and only candidates who demonstrate professional readiness, artistic maturity, and a strong commitment to growth will be invited to proceed.
If an artist is approved, they will receive a formal agreement to review and sign. Once completed, the artist may schedule an initial complimentary web meeting, during which we assess brand identity, current objectives, and ongoing projects. From there, eligible artists may enroll in our one-on-one mentorship sessions, offered primarily through weekly or bi-weekly virtual meetings depending on the selected package.
